Service Description

This class is designed to help those that have been injured, have health concerns, looking to find balance and healing in their lives. In your therapeutic practice you will get the blood flowing through the body, opening the capillaries and improving circulation in a calm and relaxed flow. Adaptive with a Twist of Restorative is a Yoga class for people who need a little extra TLC in their yoga practice.
